Hello, I’m Yvonne, an Integrative Counsellor and Psychotherapist, and a registered member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP). I offer individual counselling for young people and adults, in person in Keighley, West Yorkshire, or on-line.

Life is tough – and can sometimes feel impossible. I can offer you space and time to talk and be listened to, supportively and without judgement.

At the heart of my practice is a person-centred approach, using empathy, honesty and understanding, but I integrate a variety of therapeutic styles to suit you.  There is no one size fits all – you and your circumstances are unique.
